How can I export links of all my files?

There are two ways which you can export links from your file manager.

Method 1 - export links from a folder

  1. Choose the folder you wish to export links from

  2. Right click on the selected folder and select “Export Folder Links”

  3. Choose which type of links you want to export. The options are: “Text Link” [plain text links]; “Forum (BB Code)” [to paste into a forum post]; Website (HTML) [to paste into the html of your website]

  4. Copy the links by dragging over the links you wish to copy

  5. Paste into your desired location

Example: select a folder and right click to bring up menu

Method 2 - export individual file links

  1. Navigate to the folder which contains the links you wish to export

  2. Select the individual files which you wish to export by clicking the box next to the filename

  3. Right click and select “Export Links”

  4. Choose which type of links you want to export. The options are: “Text Link” [plain text links]; “Forum (BB Code)” [to paste into a forum post]; Website (HTML) [to paste into the html of your website]

  5. Copy the links by dragging over the links you wish to copy

  6. Paste into your desired location

Example: select the files you want to generate links for and then right click and select "Export Links"
