How do I use a download manager to download from FileFactory?

In order to use download managers, you must first be logged into FileFactory. In some cases you may need to be logged into Internet Explorer to get it to work with some download managers. In other cases, FireFox will work as well. We have tested with a variety of popular download managers. If you are having problems with a particular download manager please let us know and we will investigate.

If your download manager supports the use of cookies, your FileFactory downloads should be supported by your download manager.
