  6. questionCan I transfer a file from FileFactory to another file sharing site?
    Files hosted on FileFactory cannot be transferred to another file sharing site. This is the case whether you are a free user or a Premium member. Files are only able to be downloaded to your computer. We do this to protect our servers from abuse.
  7. questionCan I have more than one account at FileFactory?
    Yes you can, but each account must have a unique email address. Premium status cannot be shared between two accounts. In other words if you wish to have two Premium accounts, you need to purchase two separate Premium subscriptions.
  8. questionI accidentally deleted a file or folder and all the files within that folder – is it possible to get the file or folder and the files within it back?
    Unfortunately when a file or folder is removed, it is permanently deleted and it is not possible to get the file back. Before a file or folder is removed you are asked if you are sure you wish to remove it as the action cannot be undone.

    It is your responsibility to keep your account details safe. If you share your account details with others, they can change your email address and password without your authorization. Unfortunately we cannot help in this situation.
