I already have a Premium subscription, and it has some days left before it expires. If I upgrade my subscription, will I lose the days I have left or will they be added to my account?
When you buy a new Premium subscription, any remaining days you have left on your account are added to your new purchase. So for example, if you have 5 days left on your current Premium subscription, and you purchase a new 30 day subscription, then you will now have 35 days of Premium left.

No, you will not lose any points generated and all the files will remain in your account. Your sign in email address and password will also remain the same.

If you sign in to your FileFactory account using your username and password, then click “My Account” on the top right of the page, you will go to your account summary page, which will show you how much of your download limit you have consumed in the last 24 hours.

No, the FileFactory Premium download limit is a daily download limit which resets every day. If you do not use your full allowance for that day, it does not roll over to the next day.

At the moment we do not sell FileFactory Premium accounts on any other sites other than FileFactory.com. If you purchased a Premium account from another site, the account is not valid.
