    This message means that the file no longer exists on our servers and cannot be retrieved. The file may have been removed due to inactivity, or the uploader may have deleted the file. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to retrieve the file, as the file has been permanently removed.

    We only allow one simultaneous download per single IP address for free users. If you are using a shared IP you may not be able to download if someone within your network is downloading at the same time. In this case, you will need to upgrade to a Premium account.

    A file can be downloaded an unlimited number of times. There are no restrictions on the number of times a file can be downloaded.
  20. questionCan I resume a broken download?
    This feature is only available to Premium Members and depends on the software being used. Downloads can normally only be resumed within a fairly short time period (less than an hour). For best resuming support for Premium Members we recommend the use of a download manager or FileFactory Turbo.
